Anwar should be given the chance to form the government or the country goes for a snap election. This is because he has the most number of MPs behind him - 92 - from his own party, the DAP and Amanah.
dUMNo and Pas have said they wanted the king to dissolve Parliament for a snap election.
Bersatu, even together with Azmin's faction and Sabah and Sarawak MPs, have some 30 less MPs than Anwar's.
If Anwar is unable to convince 20 MPs to come on board then, ideally, the king should call for Parliament to be dissolved and to set the stage for a snap election to let the people decide.
In the circumstance, that is the most logical and fair way to resolve the current imbroglio brought on by factions attempting to steal the people's mandate in the first place.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
