Sing! China Competition: Lee Pei Ling Made It To Na Ying's Group Of Five!

Lee Pei Ling has made it to Na Ying's Group of Five!

Congratulations!

How far she will go on in the Sing!China competition from now is going to be tough because of the strong competition all round.

I am afraid that because today's taste in music is for the more loud and brash stuff - who can shout, rap or rasp louder, or do crazy things with your voices is favoured - the talented Malaysian youngster may be up against the odds.

That is not to say that Lee Pei Ling can't hold her own if she had to, but the more measured voice and rendition is her forte and boy! (or shall I say girl!?) does she not sing with aplomb, passion and feeling!

When she sings, you can't help but be drawn into the depths of her passion and the song itself!

The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family.
