Lazy, because it is easy to blame others when you are unable, and refuse, to work hard and to compete.

The GOP, the Democrats and Donald the Dumb Twitter Duck can continue to shift the blame to China all they want. It is easier to do that than to do a day's honest work.
The end result is that you continue to decline while the Middle Kingdom, trade war or not, forges ahead.
That has always been the story of once great nations that thought others stole from them and tried to stop the others from progressing while they themselves stood back and whine.
