Deaf-Mute Grab Driver Assault Case. What Action Has Been Taken Aside From Disciplinary Action Against Escort Police Officer Concerned?

Yesterday, the OKU grab driver teared up at a press conference held by his lawyer and lawyers for liberty, asking what action had been taken against the police royal escort officer who had assaulted him.

Today, the IGP came up to say disciplinary action had been taken against the officer concerned.

In what appeared a clear cut assault, from the webcam video released by the OKU Grab driver, was the disciplinary action enough?

Shouldn't the full force of law be taken against the the officer concerned, to be charged with the criminal offence of assault?

Especially since among a law officer's duties is to protect the public from violence.

Is there a double standards justice system applicable here, what the British call two tiered  justice system?

One for the powerful, super rich and the connected?

The other for the rest of us hoi polloi?

The law should be applied equally to everyone irrespective of his or her status.

Any government worth its salt would see to that.

Is PMX's so-called Madani government up to the task?

What is the AG doing?

Sitting on the investigation papers said to have been submitted to the Attorney General's office by the police?

Ai ya ya!!

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
