Rome Statute Interpretation

K

When it comes to interpretation of a statute, there is always bound to be differing opinions. That is what interpretation ultimately comes down to : your opinion or mine. Which is the correct one is often a tricky thing and will require not only an acute mind but also an honest one. The lecturers' absence is a regrettable one because they lost an opportunity to defend their position. The issue here is why is Bolehland afraid to accede to the Rome Statute? Are we a genocidal nation, one that commits crimes against humanity and et al that the royalty are so afraid of acceding to the Rome Statute? Note that countries that have reasons to fear are those like the US of A and Israel, among a
few others, who fear they may be hauled up by the International Court of Justice International Criminal Court for what the things do.

Nooooo... adeiii! Disebabkan your Beloved govt had by-passed HM YDA and just signed it without any authorization from the Head of State (HM YDA). When the government or its supporters yang buat Bad Info kpd rakyat dan Pihak Pembangkang pula yang berada di laluan sebenar konsep Kenegaraan, ADALAH PERBUATAN TIDAK BERTANGGUNGJAWAB!

@L

Hak menatangani treaty tertakluk kepada kerajaan. Sebuah negara berperlembagan raja hanya menerima nasihat Perdana menteri. Itu convention biasa. Berlainan kalau sesebuah negara adalah negara raja-raja absolute. Kerajaan PH lemak lemah. Gagal membuktikan keupayaan mentadbir. Cepat menyerah

L
@K... PH cepat menyerah? So, the next question is how are you going to get this done? A CIVIL WAR?

K
@L Hahaha....I think you are smarter than me. How sure on a civil war tercetus? A strong government will proceed and keep things in check. Maha in his second reiteration as the 7th Pm is
unsure of himself. Backing off on two occasions in quick succession just isn't how you show yourself as a government that can govern. The two quick retreats will embolden the opposition and those with vested interests not necessarily in line with the rakyat's and render it more and more difficult for for Maha's administration to govern. You can hand have you own view in the matter

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
