But it seems that the Bolehland parliament is fast becoming a place where elected reps would rather bark than debate.
Perhaps that reflects on the quality of the elected reps or their lack of, especially of the opposition's.
So much time was wasted on who could bark the loudest and fiercest, despite the Chair's caution.
At this rate things are going, the Bolehland parliament will soon become a global laughing stock much like what the Taiwanese, Indian parliaments and even the Japanese Diet were seen to be.
