Are We Malays, Chinese, Indians Et AL Or Malaysians? Time Bolehlanders Regained The Future To And For Themselves

First, let's get this out of the way. We are our ethnicity by birth, largely.

Malays, Chinese, Indians et all. That, we cannot and should not deny and, in fact, should be proud of. In that sense, we are firstly Malays, Chinese, Indians et al.

Diversity is the nature of being and an antidote to madness. Imagine an invariable sameness and homogeneity to all beings and things and you get the picture.

That said, we are Malaysians by nationality.

In matters concerning the nation, we should see ourselves as Malaysians and any policy should cater to everyone. Irrespective of race. That should be such a simple and obvious thing to see and do. But we have choosen to divide and rule.

And the consequence is that Bolehland is forever trapped in a bind, unable to move forward by considerations that effectively hold us back. Pandering to narrow interests that hamper us from using the best available talents.

All because of supremacist sentiments the politikus (political rats) in power for so long advance to stay in contention and reap the benefits to themselves.

Trying to fool everyone, including, sadly, those whose interests the politikus are supposed to take care of in the name of race and religion.

Time Bolehlanders woke up to the lie and say no to all forms and manner of chicanery!

And regained the future to and for themselves.

Yasmin Ahmad was arguably Malaysia's best story-teller, filmmaker and advertiser. She was well known for her Petronas commercials and had won numerous international awards including the Golden Lion award for the 'Tan Ming Hong In Love' commercial. Her feature film Sepet not only garnered her several international awards including for Best Asian Film but also drew multi-racial audiences that rarely happens for a local film.

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
