The PH Government Is As Useless As The DuMNo Government They Replaced

The PH government is as useless as the dUMNo government they replaced! They made many promises before the general election and the only thing they have done is to zero rate  the GST.

Laws like the fake news act they said were epitomes of evil in a democratic country, they now have second thoughts about repealing.

They are even tying themselves up in knots about recognising the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) simply because some smart people said that recognition would pose, inter alia, a civilisational problem, whatever that meant hahaha.....

Sure, several civilisations have toppled over in countries that do recognise the UEC as an university entrance qualification, including the one down south ho ho ho.....

In truth, all the objections are about this thing called ketuanan bangsa ( supremacy of race) and little to do with common sense.

The PH government don't have the guts to tell off the religious and racial bigots for fear of offending their sensibilities and losing the support of a certain section of the population. How different is that from the toxic politics of the previous government?

They are going soft on people, including MPs, who even object to flight stewardess uniforms as being 'menjolok mata' (literally poking the eyes)  meaning too sexy and revealing, an insult (and temptation?) to their libido hahaha....

Instead of telling these easily titillated people to go fly kites or ride the camels.......

And while the PH government talks about fighting corruption across the board, they seem to focus on one man. And even here, they are moving so slowly and tenderly that for all intents and purposes, they seem uncertain of themselves.

We know, we know, it is still early days, not yet a 100 days since PH took over Putrajaya.

But all things begin with the excuse of 100 days and you know, things drag on and they become the same old same in no time.

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
