The world is becoming more and more corrupt, aided by greedy banks and bankers, lawyers and accounting firms and even governments.
The corrupt, the crooks and the dictators never have it so good.
Even England's reputation is in question, the country having become a haven for dubious off-shore companies in BVI and the Cayman Islands dependencies.
Thanks to the Panama Papers we are being enlightened.
Why would anyone want to open or operate an off-shore company or account unless it is to hide their ill-gotten wealth, launder money or to avoid tax or all of these?
It used to be the Swedish banks that got all the bad name.
Now even 'squeaky clean' nations may themselves be suspect, all because of the almighty dollar.
Today, Bolehland itself has become noted as one of the more corrupt countries in Asia. We may want to have some limelight but surely that is not how we want it.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
