Singapore's long time diplomat and academic, and now a respected geopolitical analyst, Kishore Mahbubani, is confident of India's place as an economic powerhouse.
Personally, I don't think that is going to happen.
It is one thing to say India will be the next China.
Quite another in reality.
India doesn't have the political system where things are going to happen overnight or ever at all.
There is just too much corruption and all the associated redtape and the infighting.
Unless India can clean up their deleterious madcap so-called democracy, more like a DE-MOCK-CRAZY, and the corruption, and everyone is on the same page instead of everyone for himself of those in power, and the leaders have a clear vision of how to move forward, India will not be the next China.
And too if India continues to be a lapdog of 'Merika.
China does not need to 'crush' India.
India is crushing itself.
