Even our young doctors r fleeing en mass to next door neighbour Singapore because we've been cavalier abt it all. Preferring to only offer contracts of uncertain terms that cld be terminated at whim.

N overworking them. That has led our smart neighbour Singapore luring our young doctors with better terms n certain paths to progress in their medical careers. Less stress n more appreciation.
