To outright ban or not outright ban vaping?
I think we are being soft to not outright ban vaping.
In fact, we should also outright ban smoking cigarettes and e-cigarette and the distribution and sale of the lot including, of course, the vapes themselves.
Let the punishment be severe for offenders.
The problem with Malaysia is that enforcement is a sketchy thing. But that is not an excuse. Enforcement must be carried out vigorously.
Enforcement officers themselves should be punished too for failing in their duties.
The cost of smoking leading to health problems like lung cancer is no laughing matter.
Even non-smokers inhaling secondary cigarette smoke are not spared.
As far as I am concerned, one can smoke all he wants and risk the health consequence.
Ideally, they should all gather together in a confined enclosure and smoke themselves to death.
