Walao! Imraz Ikhbal tearing into PMX!
Is he justified?
I think most thinking Malaysians are sympathetic to Imraz's outburst.
Anwar has turned out to be such a disappointment as the Pm we all had hoped would reset things and bring the country forward from the decades of toxic politics and politicking and the scourge of systematic and endemic corruption and abuses of power.
Instead, what we see is cosmetic posturing, little in the way of needed reforms and substance.
In fact, for example, a leader, what more a prime minister, should be held to higher standards of conduct and accountability.
So, when a PM commits a crime he should rightly be held accountable and serve his sentence like everyone else.
Instead we are seeing the elite, the privileged and the connected getting away with DNAAs, nolle prosequis and dismissals of cases.
While the poor hoi polloi who commits a minor crime like stealing some packets of MILO to feed his family, fined and jailed with no prospect of a pardon.
