Was there anything in Ah Jib Kor's declaration of his regret over the infamous 1MDB scandal, one that the US DOj termed the world's worst case kleptocracy, that sounded anything but an exculpatory attempt to sift the blame onto others than himself?
What manner of regret that, that is worthy of being well received?
