This is laughable the US Supreme Court's decision that Trumph had presidential immunity from prosecution from criminal charges to undo his loss to Biden in the 2020 presidential election.
Is attempting to undo the outcome of a presidential election that does not favour him/her within the constitutional official duty/right/ prerogative of a US president?
If so, any US president can resort to doing just that every time he/she loses a presidential election and get away with it scot free.
Would that not undermine the very fabric of the 'Merikain constitution that the outcome of a presidential election is in the hands of voters, not an individual, the caretaker president who himself might or might not be a contending presidential candidate?
No wonder it was not a unanimous decision of the US Supreme Court being a 6-3 decision, six judges for and 3 differed.
However, the majority decision stands which means any future US president not happy with the outcome of a presidential election can try to undo it with impunity.
Hahaha...this 'Merikain democracy!
Or should it be termed 'Merikain 'de-mock-crazy?'
