VIPs are VIPs because they are very important persons who work their butts out for you.
Give them some leeway leh.
They have a lot of important work to do to serve you.
They can't just abandon their important work any time they like like us hoi polloi can, just to be on time for the start of a cinema show.
TGV cinema operators are perhaps a more appreciative lot of VIPs, not like us ungrateful hoi polloi who expect too much leh.

Boycott TGV cinemas if you don't like what the operators did.
Simple what?
And much, much more effective leh!
Then grumbling, grumbling, grumbling all the time!
Without doing anything meaningful woh!
Because nothing will change if people just keep complaining, complaining but do nothing beyond venting their unhappiness.
