Between Mahathir And Anwar Who Is More Of A Gentleman?
Between Mahathir and Anwar who is more of a gentleman?
Despite what Mahathir has done to Anwar, first sacking him as his deputy Pm because the old man perceived Anwar as a chalLenge and than having Anwar charged for a crime even the examining doctor said elek, elek, and finally playing Anwar out of the agreement to take over as the 8th Pm, Anwar is still the gentleman Mahathir is not.
This says that much
Mahathir, on the other hand, remains very much the bitter, narcissistic ego he is - believing that no one, except himself, is qualified to be the Bolehland Pm.
Unfortunately, that is a perception only Mahathir himself shares. No one else believes in the crap.
In fact, the sad state Bolehland is in today is largely owing to the old man.
A backdoor government that few see as legitimate as it is not the government of the people's choice. On the contrary, it is a government culled from treachery and shameless betrayal of the rakyat's mandate.
Even the world's worst case kleptocracy came about as a sad result of the legacy Mahathir left behind after his first tenure as the country's 4th Pm, a tenure lasting 22 long donkey years - a legacy where public institutions that were supposed to be independent were largely emasculated to do the Pm's bidding, no? hehehe.
Where all the powers have become concentrated in the hands of one man - the Pm.
All Anwar needs to do is remain true to himself and the reformasi movement he started and stay firm, not give in to greed and temptations. Nor expediency.
Mahathir is no longer relevant.
Nor a gentleman.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
