The grand old man, it seems, started the ball rolling with his unwise, unfortunate and rather provocative remarks on Dong Zong's proposed congress on the khat issue and now it seems that all the roaches are crawling out of the woodwork, smelling food? hehehe....
One even threatened a May 13.
Another called for abolishing vernacular schools.
And the authorities, it seems, are ok with the situation.
Everyone is now becoming a champion of free speech!
What a triumph for democracy!
Only, not all Bolehnaders are convinced that we have all suddenly become such an admirable lot and great defenders of everyone's right to say whatever they want.
Hahaha.......
Welcome to the brand new Bolehland!
This is new year, Bro!

It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
