Ordinary Bolehlanders Too Are Wondering Whether Mahathir Should Resign Now

Not only Dap's Dr Boo has called for the Pm to resign. Ordinary Malaysians too are wondering if Mahathir should step down now rather than later.

They are fed up with the new government's failure to keep the cost of living low despite its ardent pre-election promise, among many other pledges.

The ordinary folks are not interested in lame excuses why the Pakatan government will not be able to fulfill its election pledges to the people.

Especially not in the Great One's laughable excuse that Pakatan had not expected to win and therefore be expected to fulfill their election pledges.

Did the Great One mean that his coalition went into the 14 General Election making wild promises they didn't intend to fulfill in the first place because they did not expect to win? What kind of nonsense is that the people are expected to blithely accept?

Not only the rising cost of living is making the rakyat boil inside , they are also sick and dismayed by all the politicking going on, especially with the Great One blithely accepting frogs into his Bersatu party just so as to strengthen his own hands vis-a-vis his coalition partners who themselves are against, what some people call the rubbish collection exercise. And now colluding with Pas?

What is going on now has given the opposition a window in to pit the Pakatan coalition partners against each other, coming out with wild allegations, some of a plot to dethrone Maha the Great One himself!

Bersatu is the mosquito party in the Pakatan coalition. Despite being led by the Great One himself, it had won only 13 parliamentary seats and  despite having contested the most number of parliamentary seats among its other coalition partners.

Not surprising the Great One is desperate to increase the number of Bersatu MPs the backdoor way. This surely is a betrayal of the voters' mandate for the Pakatan government.

And now we have Pas in as Maha supporter just when some of Pas's own leaders are being investigated by MACC for possible corruption?

The people who have voted in the new government deserve better. They are sick of the shenanigans going on when their lives are rendered even more miserable now, with the rising cost of living which the new government had solemnly pledged to keep down but has failed miserably to do so.

Time the Great One steps down now and pass the baton to Anwar, instead of all the unhealthy uncertainty surrounding whether he would keep his promise to the man whom he had once got jailed for sodomy that most people thought was just an excuse to remove Anwar as his successor from the political equation.

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
