Chinese Heart-throb Eddie Peng For 007 Role?

Sean Connery was the most iconic James Bond. No one playing the British secret agent after him comes close to matching him, not even Roger Moore. To me at least.

Moore was more suited to play the Saint character. Certainly not Lazenby and the others, including Daniel Smith. Maybe Pierce Brosnan came close.

How about Chinese heart-throb Eddie Peng for the next 007 character? For his debonair, dark good looks and athleticism?

As the first non-Caucasian 007, that would surely break the mold and rekindle interest in the agent with the licence to kill instead of the  familiarity and growing ennui?

Haha....Why not, indeed!

With Eddie Peng as the new James Bond character, who knows, the movie might well become the Chinese box office hit!
