Did Mahathir Single-Handedly Topple Ah Jib & Co?

Many Bolehlanders still believe that their hero single-handedly knocked out Ah Jib & Co on the strength of his personal charisma and his record as the 4th Pm of Bolehland.

It is alright if you want to believe a myth. But just a little honest thinking might well be enlightening.

If Mahahthir could single-handedly do the job, why would he ask to join Pakatan and later be encumbered with having to deal with the coalition partners?

Mahathir is a smart man. He knew that without the other parties in Pakatan, he would not be able to oust Ah Jib & Co on his own. You don't have to believe this of course. Just his charisma is enough. What more his past record.

But is telling that Mahathir's Pribumi, despite contesting the most number of parliamentary seats (55) managed to capture only 13 despite the power of his personal charisma and his past record.

Even Mat Sabu's little parti Harapan, whom few gave it any hope, did better comparatively than Mahathir's Pribumi, capturing 11 parliamentary seats though only contesting half of the number (27)!

Both DAP and Anwar's Keadilan did very well even though they each also contested less  parliamentary seats than charismatic Mahathir's Pribumi, winning 42 and 47 respectively.

So, if you still want to believe in the myth that it was Mahathir's personal charisma and his record that won the day, you are welcome to it.

Just don't keep on insisting that everyone else must kow tow to your new emperor, for without him Ah Jib & Co will still be laughing all the way....hehehe

We know that 13 seats compared to 11, 42 and 47 is the biggest figure! No contest! Because that is what charisma means. You beat others just by its inherent magic. Mathematics don't count where charm is concerned.

Hahaha.....

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
