As D-Day approaches this 9th of May, will the unthinkable happen?
Will BN finally be consigned to the dustbin of history?
Do I have the confidence to say 'yes it will happen'?
Confidence is a funny thing. I can say yes, BN will be history.
But people have different ideas.
And these are mostly the rural folks. They have been so indoctrinated to believe that change is not good for them. That only BN can look after their interests and ensure that the Malays will not disappear from the face of the earth.
This, and the grossly uneven and unfair constituency malapportionments and delineations do not make it easy to say with confidence that BN will be voted out for sure this GE14.
And what about big-time hanky panky at the polls, or elsewhere, that no thinking Bolehlander can honestly discount?
Still, if big data analytics are any good to go by and the huge turnouts at Pakatan Harapan's ceramahs all over the country are genuinely reflective of Bolehlanders' wish for change, there is hope yet in 60 donkey years that BN will finally kiss the dustbin of history.
And which thinking and concerned Bolehlander will not say amen to that?
The alternative, which is not an option, is the Bolehland will continue on the slippery road to perdition.
