Now the scandal of 1MDB hangs like a dark cloud and pall over the country, bringing international shame to Bolehland and making lives miserable for everyone except to the big time thieves.
The despicable thing is that the leaders who are in a position to do something are all looking after their own interests or are compromised.
So everyone turns a blind eye, pretending that all is honky dory, justifying the impossible and speaking in tongues.
So now it was left to the students and their leaders to send a strong message to the powers that be that they won't tolerate corruption, indifference and abuse nor that the country can afford to turn a blind eye to the blatant rape of funds rightfully belonging to the people.
I think they have sent a strong message with their rally. And I think we should all be pleased with the composition of the rally participants.
They said Bersih 3.0 was a Chinese thing.
Don't know what they will say now.
