I had a problem with the download speed with my Streamyx wifi which came to a point that it took hours just to load a non-image heavy page.
In one month I had to call their service center on more than ten occasions! It got so bad that I had to raise my voice and tell them to get on with their job!
Finally, they told me that my moden was the problem. So I had it changed and paid for it.
But now, the upload speed has become the problem.
I called their service center three days in succession! Each time, they told me that it was probably
an 'outside port' problem and that they would send their technician to look into it.
I am still looking - for the problem to be resolved!
I don't know what they have done or whether they have done anything at all! For goodness' sake, the upload speed is 30kbps or thereabout and sometimes even slower! How do you expect anything to be done with that kind of snail pace upload speed!
It is frustrating that customers don't get the service they pay for. Unfortunately, in Bolehland, that is often what you can expect.
TM should buck up or ship out and just focus on their fixed line telephony service if wifi is not their strong suit.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
