A cross is just a cross.
But because of Christ, it has become a symbol of hope to many people.
And apparently a frightful sight to some, who claim that it is a challenge and a threat to their faith.
Since the protesters hollering for the cross to be removed from a PJ church claim that their
protest had nothing to do with religion (howsoever disingenuous? that), then did the protest have to do with politics?
Since the leaders of the self-righteous selfsame people are said to be dUMNo members, was it dUMNo politics at work?
And if it was, it is a cross dUMNo has to bear.
The wise say never to cross politics with religion.
And how wise that does sound!
