How are we to take the Pm seriously when he tabled the white paper on combating the treat of ISIS when it was he who had so enthusiastically endorsed the terrorists for their heroism in the first place?
And even gone on to urge dUMNo members to emulate the spirit of the madcap religious terrorists?
It is leaders like the Pm who shoot their mouths off that make us long suffering Bolehanders skeptical - very skeptical, of the quality of the leaders we have.
At least, if Najib had admitted his mistake, Bolehlanders would have given the guy some slack.
As it is, Bolehlanders find it hard to not chuckle.
Even a three year old knew that ISIS was no fairy god mother.
How that had escaped the Pm (of all people!), until now, must remain a baffling puzzle.
But if Najib and his administration are serious about combating the treat of ISIS, they have to start by clamping down on religious extremism in whatever garb or guise.
What we witness today is that instead of advocating religious moderation and acceptance, we are allowing religious intolerance and bigotry to flourish.
This can only lead to more trouble than resolution, woes than peace.
Such a milieu is fertile spawning ground for madcap religious extremists.
We are already seeing Bolehlanders joining in the madness.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
