We Are Being Choked...And Najib Could Only Chide Us For Not Buying One-Ringgit-Chicken!

We are suffocated by the haze; puzzled, inconvenienced and exasperated by the water rationing; left dazed by the news of the ill-fated Mas Flight 370; flummoxed by Anwar's conviction in the sequel to Sodomy One and all that the Pm could do was to talk about 1-Ringgit chicken and chiding Malaysians for complaining of the rising costs of living.

Cheap could not have come as cheap as the Pm.

Everyone knows that the celestial chickens are just a publicity gimmick to make the Najib administration good look.

Not that that chicken story is not true. The said chickens did cost only one Ringgit a bird (on that day, anyway) - a thousand tale fowl story to be sure.

And so conveniently, Najib got the first of the thousand, as befits the first among the unequal.

So much for the 'little blessings' Haha..

Meanwhile, we are wondering whether, if ever, the Najib administration is going to be serious and competent in tackling the issues making the lives of the rakyat miserable, hazy and painfully expensive, much of which has been brought about by his administration playing survivalist politics.

The authorities couldn't even get it right when handling the questions put to them on the ill-fated Mas Flight 370.

After all the delay, all they could consistently come up with was that they were not ruling out anything, which in effect amounted to admitting they they were as blur as the sotong. Not surprising here.

They could not even distinguish between an Asian, Caucasian or 'Ballotelli' face. They all look alike for all the world to know.

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
