After more than two weeks of bungling by his administration, Najib has finally announced that Mas Flight MH370 had crashed into the southern Indian Ocean.
Still, the Pm was not man enough to take questions from reporters. How chicken could that be - 1Ringgit?
The least he could do was not to run away after the announcement. Let the people know that as the Pm of Bolehland, you were made of sterner stuff than the 1Ringgit fowl you were promoting.
The families and relatives of those on the ill-fated flight deserve more than just a bare announcement after all the pain and uncertainty they had to go through to get anything like a semblance of coherence from those who were supposed to be better placed to answer questions as to the mystery of the flight's disappearance.
Or at least to answer honestly. If you didn't know, say you didn't know. Not beat around or about the bush. A today and Z tomorrow.
We still do not know how and why the plane just disappeared. It is still a baffling mystery.
Meanwhile, it is better that we await for further confirmation. There have been one too many red herrings to take anything announced at face value.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
