I was unable to identify the make of the cars and their model, as I was in a rush for a function then. Readers who are more familiar with vintage cars may have no problem with this.

Vintage Cars
Below are some pictures of the vintage cars that I took when I saw them at an exhibition at the Kluang Mall, Kluang, Johore, about two years ago.
I was unable to identify the make of the cars and their model, as I was in a rush for a function then. Readers who are more familiar with vintage cars may have no problem with this.

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
I would be too scared to drive any of these cars for fear I'd get a scratch on someone's hard work.
ReplyDeleteYes, they look so delicately new and pristine that you don't want to do that. But I would love to have a go, anyway! Wonder how it feels to drive one.
ReplyDeleteMy hometown! Its been ages since I returned and I am surprised there is a Secret Recipe there:D
ReplyDeletemissyblurkit, there is one now. Kluang has changed quite a lot. Not like the sleepy hollow it once was. Click on my post on Kluang town for a peek. Thanks for passing by and leaving a comment.
