The new EPL season has kicked off with the Community Shield match between Manchester City and Chelsea.
And now the news is that Arsenal's Van Persie has signed for MU for £24m. This is good news for Arsenal. Arsenal can't afford to hold on to someone whose heart was already not with them.
If there are any more Arsenal players who want to leave, Arsene Wenger should let them go.
The latest rumour is that midfielder Alex Song wants out. Well, as far as I am concerned, if the price is right, Song should be allowed to leave ASAP. A long drawn out affair with Song's exist will not be to Arsenal's advantage.
Arsenal need to quickly settle their player line-up and strategise their assault on the Premier league title.
Another year without a medal will add to everyone's frustration and Wenger's exit from the club after a brilliant and very successful early start for the French professor's tenure as the Gunners' boss.
With several new signings of their own in German forward Lukas Poldoski, French striker Olivier Giroud and Spanish midfielder Cazorla and with the other regulars in good shape, Arsenal should be able to mount a serious challenge for trophies this season.
Last season despite losing key players in Cesc Fabregas and Nasir to Barcelona and MC respectively, Arsenal were nevertheless able to launch a decent assault for the premiership after a disastrous start.
Had it not been for some unexpected results here and there, particularly towards the later part of the season, Arsenal might done better than eventual 3rd placing?

Kluang RailCoffee
The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
