Siti is right. Let the Sabah state election results be a lesson.
PMX's so-called Madani unity government is no different from all previous administrations that had held federal power.
Once in power, all election pledges and promises are conveniently forgotten.
No matter who comes into power, the same old, same old scenarios play all over again.
There are no existing political parties that look like they are the genuine article for change.
Only wearing different garbs but basically the same underneath.
For any genuine change to happen, the people must first of all be united in what they want for the country.
If we continue with treating people differently because of their skin colour and/or religion, politicians stand to gain by keeping the people divided.
After all, except for the 'orang asli' or 'orang asal,' (the natives) we are all 'pendatang' (immigrants) whether one is a Chinese, Malay or Indian.
We must treat Malaysians equally irrespective of race and/or religion and move on as one, a united country
Combining our talents and working as a whole.
