I was turned away once at a shop lot police station because I was wearing shorts.

Another time was about two months ago at JPN  office in UTC Kuantan when my son wanted to change his IC card because the chip wasn't readable. Both of us were turned away because we were wearing shorts.

Unless one is indecently dressed exposing one there shld be no issue

Unfortunately, here in holy Bolehland, we seem to be fixated with how well covered up one is

Om Ni

What are we trying to project?

Om Ni

Has d requirement on dressing code made us all better, moral citizens?

Om Ni

Or is it all abt projection? N pretence to...? Ai ya ya!!

Om Ni

Don't know lah!

Om Ni

Imagine a guy or gal got injured in an accident, clothes torn n bleeding to death. Gets denied medical attention unless dressed 'decently'

Om Ni

Holy moly! that's how 'decent clothing' shld take precedence over life?

Om Ni

Maybe it is time to go fully covered up from head to toes leh!

Om Ni

Simon, sorry for the occasions they turned you guys away. Even in Bermuda shorts for men in a hot tropical country! Very holy moly leh!
