Imraz Ikhbal On PMX Anwar's Strident Anti-Corruption Cries And What They All End Up In

Malaysians are NOT against recovering stolen wealth in the fight against corruption. Make no mistake about that! Malaysians welcome it!

But the corrupt must be charged in court and punished for the crime whether or not stolen wealth is recovered.

That, like Imraz has rightly noted, is to deter corruption in the first place, no two ways about that!

Further, if it may be asked too, what about the recovered stolen loot/money?

The loot/money after all, belongs to the nation, the people.

Wouldn't it be nice part of the recovered loot/money be returned to the people, especially those who need help like the B40 group and senior citizens without income or support?

Dumping it all into the nation's so-called Consolidated Fund, what guarantee is there that the recovered loot/money will be put to good use for the benefit of the nation, the people?
