To stop the ugly and unacceptable practice of paying passengers being dragged off planes because they are overbooked, just suspend the culprit airlines' licence to operate.
This is such a simple solution and yet we allow airlines to get away with their tomfoolery.
You only forcefully remove a passenger who is a threat to the safety of other passengers and the plane itself.
There should be no other excuse to eject a passenger who has paid for his seat.
