Baked Cassava Cake From Sharene's Kitchen

Steamed or baked cassava or tapioca can taste nice even when eaten plain.

It will taste even better dipped in sugar and freshly shredded coconut.

The more adventurous would even go for some sort of sambal as an accompaniment to dip in.
