May 5 Putrajaya Pakatan And Change For The Better

There are only a few days left to D-Day - polling day May 5!

If anyone still harbours the illusion that Barisan will remain in power with the large, enthusiastic crowds seen at Pakatan's ceramahs including this massive one in Penang  he is welcome to enjoy his last entitlement.

Contrast the humongous absence at Shahrir Samad's ceramah in Taman Century, Johore Bahru which had only managed to attract about a hundred people even with free dinner thrown in!

My, that sent a cold shiver down my spine - a ghostly one - like looking at a picture of an eerie wake!

In fact, only massive cheating at the polls can save Barisan's day.

But should Malaysians mourn over the demise of the dinosaur (Barisan)?

56 years in continuous power for any single political party or coalition is eons too long.

Even a man becomes way set in his ways by that age.

We can't expect an old dinosaur like Barisan to change, except maybe to transform themselves into Najib's favourite Campbell soup of alphabets.

Well, that may not be such a bad idea, Najib!

Even in Sabah, Barisan's "fixed deposit" state, the people turned out in numbers to hear Anwar speak
