On The Rut Feeling Taking Over One's Life

Om Ni

The mind is where the rut resides. It is a state of the mind really. It is not non activity or staying put in one place. One could move around a ton, travelling here and there or constantly engaged in one activity or another or be engaged with friends. Still, the rut is not going away. It is just being cast aside, for the moment,  with the niggling feeling one is fooling oneself anyways. A means to cope with the fear of facing one's mortality. All the pursuits just a coping mechanism while death yet stares at one. Tragic!

On Cancer Deaths

Om Ni Reply To Gweilo60

Cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation et al can be deadly. Chemotherapy works to kill off the outer lumps but the roots stay on and eventually these grow and spread, metastasize. Quite sad really. Not only are chemo treatment drugs hugely expensive, they give false hope for the moment. In fact, BIG Pharma and cohorts won't want you to hear about a cheap but what recent studies have shown works across the board as a treatment for cancer - the humble medication called ivm in short. This, if combined with chemotherapy, works well to rid the cancer lumps and the problematic roots. Combined with intermittent fasting, where in a period of 16 hours one goes without food and snacking in between, will activate what is termed autophagy, that rids one of damaged cells, cells that have mis-folded etc that can lead to cancer cells. Check the internet for encouraging studies showing the potential of ivm.

Kluang was a sleepy hollow, but is fast becoming a bustling town. You can't miss the bust-shaped gunung Lambak lording over the place and the town is well known for its tv brand coffee powder

The Kluang railway station coffee shop, now re-branded Kluang RailCoffee, is well known for its cuppa of coffee and the charcaol grilled piping hot buns oozing with butter and kaya...It used to attract standing-room only crowds. It still does, but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience for me. The famous coffee had somewhat lost its oomph and even the buns...The shop has a long and noted history being first opened for business in 1938 and the place is now run by the 3rd generation LIm family. I hope the next time I return, the coffee would regain its oomph. Click to read more...
